The Gecko in.temp H5.0 CE is an air-to-water heat pump designed to heat spa water, replacing the standard electric heating element. At an air temperature of 24°C, it achieves a COP of 6.21—generating over six kilowatts of heat for every kilowatt of electricity consumed—making heating several times cheaper than using a standard electric heater.
In summer, the unit operates in reverse to cool the water, offering a cooling capacity of 3.87 kW. This allows the spa to be enjoyed even on the hottest days.
The pump is controlled directly via the spa’s control panel or the in.touch 2 smartphone app, eliminating the need for a separate controller. It connects via a single communication cable, operates in air temperatures down to -5°C, and has a noise level of 51.5 dB(A) at a distance of one meter.
It features a titanium heat exchanger, ensuring corrosion resistance and compatibility with all water treatment methods, including chlorine, bromine, iodine, and saltwater systems. FUNCTIONS:

Compatible with Gecko in.ye and in.yt control systems featuring an RS-485 interface. If the spa uses an in.ye-V3 controller, the B-EXT-COM-RS485 communication board (code 0610-100006) is required.

Water must be drained from the pump during winter when the spa is not in use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper winter preparation.
