PRODUCT DELIVERY
When placing an order on the website spa-abc.lt, the Buyer selects the preferred delivery method. The Buyer must fill in all necessary information required to complete the delivery properly. If the provided data is incorrect due to the Buyer's fault, the Buyer bears full responsibility for the failure of the delivery.
Deliveries are made within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. For international delivery options, the Buyer can contact the Seller by email: uab.spa.abc@gmail.com.
The Buyer is obligated to receive the ordered goods according to the chosen delivery or pick-up method. If the Buyer fails to collect the goods without informing the Seller, the Buyer has no right to raise any claims against the Seller. If the item is returned to the sender's address, the Buyer must contact the Seller using the provided contact details to arrange a redelivery.

If the Buyer fails to collect the goods within 10 business days, they forfeit the right to make any claims against the Seller.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods within the delivery times specified in the product descriptions. These terms do not apply if the goods or alternatives are unavailable in the Seller’s warehouse and the Buyer is informed about the shortage.
The Buyer agrees that, in the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, the delivery time may differ from what is stated in the product description or what was agreed between the Buyer and Seller. In such cases, the Seller will promptly contact the Buyer to coordinate a new delivery date and resolve any related issues.
The Seller is in all cases released from responsibility for delayed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond their control.
