RETURN POLICY
1. Refund for Goods
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product or service is canceled due to the fault of uab-spa. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of a written request sent to uab.spa.abc@gmail.com and will be processed within 2 business days after reviewing the request.
2. Conditions for Returning Goods
Product defects are resolved, and goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania by Resolution No. 697 of June 11, 2001, and other applicable legal acts.
To initiate a return, the Buyer must send a request to uab.spa.abc@gmail.com, specifying the reason(s) for returning the product.
If the return is due to confirmed defects or faults in the product, the Seller will cover the return shipping costs. If no faults are found, the Buyer is responsible for the return shipping expenses.
In the case of returns as described in clause 2.1 of the Purchase Agreement, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
The returned item must include all parts/accessories as originally received. Sets sold under a bundle price cannot be split.
The product must be unused, undamaged, unaltered in shape or composition, clean, and orderly.
All original labels must be attached.
A written request must be submitted indicating whether the Buyer wishes to:
Replace the item with a non-defective one,
Repair the item,
Receive a refund.
A proof of purchase must be provided (receipt, invoice, delivery confirmation, or order confirmation email).
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days, without giving a reason and without incurring any costs other than those outlined in Article 6.22811 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, except for the exemptions stated in Article 6.22810(2).
This right does not apply to:
Service contracts where services/products are provided exactly as described on spa-abc.lt
Goods made to the Buyer's custom specifications;
Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life;
Unsealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
By agreeing to these terms, the Buyer acknowledges that cosmetic products fall under these non-returnable categories as per clause 2.6.
The 14-day return period begins:
On the day the Buyer or their authorized person (excluding the courier) receives the product;
If multiple items were ordered separately, from the day the last item is received;
If goods are delivered in parts or batches, from the day the last part is received.
The Seller must refund the Buyer within 14 calendar days of receiving the Buyer’s withdrawal notice, including all payments made, including delivery costs (except in cases described in clause 2.6). Refunds will be issued to the Buyer's designated account via the selected payment method.
If the returned goods fall under clause 2.6 (non-returnable items), the shipping cost is non-refundable.
The Seller is not required to refund additional delivery costs if the Buyer chose a delivery method other than the Seller’s standard, least expensive option.
Refunds will not be issued until:
The Seller receives the goods, or
The Buyer provides proof of shipment.
The Buyer must ship the product back within 14 days of submitting the cancellation notice.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.
When the Buyer withdraws from the contract, any related additional contracts are automatically terminated without cost to the Buyer, except for those costs defined in Civil Code Articles 6.22811 and 6.22812. Additional contracts include those where the Buyer acquired related goods or services supplied by the Seller or a third party under agreement with the Seller.
