The AMP connector is a white plastic plug with a locking tab, used to connect spa equipment to the control unit.

It is available in 2-, 3-, and 4-pin versions: the 2-pin version is used for lighting and ozonators, the 3-pin for single-speed pumps or blowers, and the 4-pin for dual-speed pumps. The contacts are crimped onto the wires.

The housing is asymmetrical, making it impossible to insert the plug upside down, while the locking tab prevents the connection from coming loose due to vibration. This allows for equipment connection in seconds, without the need for a screwdriver.

The connector is not watertight, so it must be installed inside the controller housing or in another dry location.
